I just made stuffed cabbage:

And it's in the oven and it looks so good! From our garden, in this recipe are: cabbage, red onions, parsley and sage.

This recipe was a lot of work! I started at 3:45 and finished at 5pm, so it took 1:15 of prep before an hour in the oven. This is definitely a weekend recipe for everyone else. But OMG everything tastes and smells so good and I think it will be delicious. I can't wait. I am not putting the mint on it though, even though we are growing mint, because I am not a big fan of mint in savory foods.

I'll let you know how it went! I'm serving it with brown rice.

That looks awesome!!! I've been trying to get good stuffed cabbage recipes. I love it, my husband not so much. Trying to show him that it can be super yummy.

This was really good. The herbs are more European in nature than Italian (thyme, sage) and it tastes more Eastern European than something Molto Mario would usually make. I think your husband would like it, it's a good introduction to cabbage.

OMG it was so good! It was worth an hour and fifteen minutes of prep. And I'm pretty fast too.
