I just made stuffed cabbage:

And it's in the oven and it looks so good! From our garden, in this recipe are: cabbage, red onions, parsley and sage.

This recipe was a lot of work! I started at 3:45 and finished at 5pm, so it took 1:15 of prep before an hour in the oven. This is definitely a weekend recipe for everyone else. But OMG everything tastes and smells so good and I think it will be delicious. I can't wait. I am not putting the mint on it though, even though we are growing mint, because I am not a big fan of mint in savory foods.

I'll let you know how it went! I'm serving it with brown rice.

Here it is! It was delicious!
